When the Jaguars find a new GM, he will most likely bring in his own coach to take over the team.
We'll see if owner Shahid Kahn's obsession with Tim Tebow makes Jacksonville a less attractive destination for qualified GM and coaching candidates.
As much as the people of Jacksonville might like a gimmick like that, it would be hard for a serious GM or coach to want to embrace a circus like that.
